How Billing Works

Our payment process is simple:

• A minimum $45 fee applies for every question. Pay an initial $5 in advance, refundable if a lawyer is not available. Then $40 when you talk with a lawyer. This gives you enough time get answers and ask to follow up questions.
• A minimum $15 cost applies for extra time, charged in increments based on how much information or how long it takes to resolve your question. The platform asks you to approve extra time before continuing the consultation.
• You can also use our platform to book a phone call for $45, charged in advance.
• Use the platform to book a face-to-face meeting for $20 paid in advance. You then pay the balance of the lawyer’s hourly rate when you meet with them.
